For over 40 years, the poem “And Then Some” by Carl Holmes sat on our founder's father's desk.

He built more than 20 small businesses in his lifetime, and that poem was his daily reminder of how to show up as a leader, a neighbor, and a partner.

Today, it sits on ours.
